Recently, I have had people asking me to explain what NaProTechnology® is and how it works with the Creighton Model FertilityCare™ System. The questions are always the same: Who invented it? Why haven't I ever heard about it? How does it work? What's the difference with NaPro and CrMS and how do they work with each other? What do I have to do to get treatment? What should I expect and how long does treatment take? Is it effective?
While there are already plenty of wonderful resources available on the medical approach of NaPro and plenty of wonderful resources available on Creighton instruction - all discussing these topics at some level - my goal was to create an introductory brochure for women or couples who might be meeting with their priest, doctor, nurse practitioner, counselor, or other professional regarding their infertility. I wanted people to be able to get quick answers in one place - to connect the dots between the charting method and the medical approach to treating charting abnormalities.
Getting quick answers in a professional format helps people to discern their options and figure out how to prepare to take the first step...and that's what I aimed to do here: provide a clear first step! Feel free to share this brochure with anyone it might help and thank you for supporting me in my work to help others.
